Role:
Provide sales training and coaching to the frontline. Support the frontline in the implementation, stabilization and sustainment of the Best Practices Tools, Alternative Sales & Delivery and other sales supporting projects.
Accountabilities:
Training & Coaching
• Provide sales training to the frontline through workshops
• Regularly conduct Work*With TDMs/DRs (Territory Development Managers / Distribution Representatives) in order to coach TDMs/DRs coaching skills
• Selectively sit in Team Meetings, Team Training Sessions conducted by TDMs/DRs in order to coach TDMs/DRs supervisory/coaching skills and receive feedbacks from the frontline
Best Practices Tools works
• Conduct TU Health Check for TDMs/DRs
• Assist sales locations to ensure different TDMs/DRs using standardized and approved Best Practices Tools, ensure different CRs/DRs using standardized and approved selling & working tools
• Provide on-going problem solving
AS&D
• Assist sales locations to ensure different CRs/DRs using standardized forms and procedures of AS&D (P&L form, routing …)
• Assist sales locations to set up new routes, rerouting and other works as instructed by Sales Capability Manager
• Provide on-going problem solving
Other works
• Maintain profile and records of performance of sales locations
• Implement and sustain other sales supporting projects as instructed by Sales Capability Manager
• University degree with strong sales background
• Solid knowledge of Sales Best Practice Tools
• Strong presentation and coaching skills, Good communication skill
• Proficient in using Ms. Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and English (both verbal and writing)
• Ability to deal with conflict and handle high pressure
- Probationary period: 2 months
- Working time: 8am-5pm (Mon - Fri); 8am-12am (Sat)
- Experience: 3 Year
