Lead the formalized development of our system infrastructure build, through the creation and implementation of Best Practice Tools focused against equipment selection/procurement, while providing functional “counseling” as Subject Matter Expert.
Supplier Management
–Manage existing PI (PepsiCo International) partnerships
–Champion supplier selection process
–Develop further supplier partnerships (global/regional) based upon the degree of synergies and leverage potential defined by the I.P.P.
–Provide interface between field and supplier community for validation of latest technological developments 
2.Formulate an Equipment Sourcing Strategy/Protocol
–Standardize and optimize COBO (Company Owned Bottled Operation) infrastructure procurement and build out.
–Monitor industry “best practices” and incorporate into COBO system            
–Maintain “historical” pricing data of installed capacity
3.Equipment “after sales” support
–Develop with O.E.M.’s effective training programs (e.g. CD-ROM based)-Evaluation/field trial of SASIB’s capable of addressing the varied skill levels of each B.U. (Business Unit)
–Pursue the development of “User friendly” maintenance programs

 

•Good adaptation, able to cope with pressure
• Good communication with cross functions
• Highly analytical with good planning & management skills
• Cooperative, independent, self-motivation
• Have at least 4 years of project management experiences, FMCG preferable
• Good command of English
• Good computer skill and proficient in using Autocad
• University degree in
• Mechanical engineering (1st priority) or
• Electrical engineering (2nd priority)
