Role:

• Ensure the implementation and sustainment of PI BPT’s (M&W, Drive the 5, Pit Stop, Recon, EHS, Quality, SCP, …) in plant operations as the solid foundation to achieve all the business goals
• Ensure the compliance of environment, health and safety with local laws and Pepsico policy

 

Report to:  Plant Manager

 

Accountabilities:

• Build master plan and execute trainings, roll out and health check on all PI best practice tools, capability trainings in the plant. (Exclude QC trainings, but still should help tracking and coordinate)
• Follow up with all plant functions to support and make sure all the trained BPT’s are well implemeted, sustained and delivered results
• Review/ analyse plant performance/data reports and assess the effectiveness of BPT’s after roll out at functions for further trains/ supports required
• Build, lead and drive plant’s EHS agendas as per Pepsico EHS strategy and legal requirements
• Manage plant EHS system to ensure legal compliance and Pepsico mandate compliance at the plant
• Support plant on driving M&W KPI’s, productivity savings thru excellent BPT’s implementation
• Support, tracking, and consolidate plant’s productivity initiatives and environmental sustainability agendas (Energy, Water, Waste)
• Work with BU I&S team for updating BPT’s and reporting productivity, sustainability and EHS
• Support HR on execution of operation capability development programs (Operation Roadmap, FLM, …)

• At least 3 years of relevant working experiences
• University, major in technical, environment
• Fluently in English
• Result oriented
• Negotiating skills
• Team work / develop people / transfer skills / facilitator skills
• Knowledge of subjects
• Good knowledge of Pepsi Best Practice tools
• Effectively influencing people is prioritized.
