 The role of the I & S Manger - Operations is to support Operations in the implementation, stabilization and sustainment of field ready best practice tools at the plants.

– Support Ops in the implementation, stabilization and sustainment of field ready best practice tools (M&W2000, “DT5”, Recon, Bottle Washing Quality tool,CDF, Visualizing Change, Support to QA MGR for Quality Tools ) that meets the following criteria:

                   –Strategic importance

                  –Capability needs identified by the front-line

                 –Affordable, fundable 

                –Qualified subject matter expert, at bottler identified to be trained on  implementation & sustainment
 
–Develop and document BPTs according to the Ops needs

 

–Track and communicate best practice results to encourage re-application at other plants
 
–Identify MU requirements on next generation process/training needs and design enhancements of current tools.

 

 

 

–Result oriented
–Negotiating skills
–Team work / develop people / transfer skills / facilitator skills
–Knowledge of subjects
–Good knowledge of Pepsi Best Practice tools
