Role:

Build volume, revenue, & profitability in Key Account by selling in Initiatives establish during the AOP. Develop and execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage, and ensure all assigned Key Accounts  comply with Pepsi performance standards and CDA commitments.

 

Report to: Sales Director

 

Accountabilities:

Grow volume, revenue and share in the Key Account

  • Develop, sell, and execute effective CDAs with identified customers
  • Develop and keep updated an account plan to the Pepsi-Cola standard (ASAP)
  • Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned
  • Develop specific standards for merchandising range, promotions for KA
  • Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field
  • Monitor KA Budget.

Execute plans with assigned customers

  • Communicate standards and customer commitments to the field
  • Issue a promotion calendar on a timely basis
  • Monitor performance and compliance, taking corrective action where necessary
  • Conduct Business Reviews with senior managers from PBI and the customer
  • Collect customer feedback-direct phone -KA.

Setting objectives and tracking results

  • Set clear objectives that are consistent with MU goals with each member of the team
  • Ensure all accounts are visited on an appropriate frequency
  • Ensure each team member sells effectively in the market place
  • Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions
  • Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis

Identify & Win New Business

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop targets to secure 

Coaching

  • Assess performer capability and provide development feedback 
  • Model desired behaviors &  skills during coaching sessions
  • Deliver group training as required
  • Lead problem solving and address team issue

 

  • University degree is required
  • Good knowledge & understanding of Key Accountchannel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and individual influencing skills
  • Initiative, proactive and result-oriented
  • Good command of English (both verbal and writing)  & computer skills 
  • At least 4 years of relevant experiences in FMCG
