In order to dedicatedly support our challenging business, we are looking for qualified candidates for the position of Account Manager

Role:  Build volume, revenue, & profitability in Modern Trade by selling in Initiatives establish during the AOP. Develop and execute business programs, leverage efficient call coverage, and ensure all assigned accounts of Modern Trade comply with Pepsi performance standards and CDA commitments.

 

Report toNational Modern Trade Manager 

 

Accountabilities:

Grow volume, revenue and share in the Modern Trade channel

  • Develop, sell, and execute effective CDAs with identified customers
  • Develop and keep updated an account plan to the Pepsi standard (CAP)
  • Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned
  • Develop specific standards for merchandising range, promotions activities for accounts to enhance brand image and gain share.
  • Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to the field
  • Monitor & control MT Budget to increase revenue per case. Analyze the results of MT budget used
  • Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecard
  • Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action where necessary

Setting objectives and tracking results

  • Set clear objectives that are consistent with MU goals with each member of the team
  • Ensure clear communication and adherence of pricing and promotions
  • Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis

Identify & Win New Business

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution / new customers) & develop PI products in new accounts in assigned location

Others

  • Managing MTE & Blue force to execute daily sales operation in assigned location 
  • Lead problem solving and address team issue

  • University degree is required
  • Good knowledge & understanding of Modern Trade channel
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and individual influencing skills
  • Initiative, proactive and result-oriented
  • Good command of English (both verbal and writing)  & computer skills 
  • At least 4 years of relevant experiences in FMCG
