Thanks to MBAs who are more interested in finding innovative companies with positive work environments, PepsiCo was listed in the top-20 "Ideal Employer MBA Ranking." The list, which appears on Fortune.com, showcases the desirability of the company for this particular sector of prospective employees. PepsiCo joined other high-profile companies like Google, Apple and General Electric.

For this year's list, Universum, a global leader in employer branding,surveyed 6,207 students (2,507 women and 3,680 men) at 53 top business schools nationwide. This was the largest sample in the survey's history. Every year, they rank the most desirable in the world, based on where MBA candidates say they'd most like to work.
